Laura Hathaway is a gifted communicator with a calm, reassuring demeanor. Her approach to tutoring is flexible and she is able to capably accommodate students with different abilities, temperaments, and personalities. She is skilled at identifying the best practices and an individualized plan to build skills and confidence tailored to the unique strengths and learning challenges of every student. Laura has worked with both of my children for several years and I am incredibly pleased with both of their progress! She has found unique ways to connect with each child, patiently instilling confidence in my reluctant, resistant student and broadening the understanding for the more confident.
