Hello. I’ve delivered flowers in Enumclaw for four years and for those of you that know me from deliveries and from seeing me at our shop know that I’m never rude to anyone. We always put the needs and wants of our customer’s first and try to make each arrangement beautiful no matter how much or little they cost. The roses called for in the arrangement are called “burnt orange” and they are special order. They are orange with tips of the petals a dark brown. We always replace arrangements if the customer isn’t happy, but we use the same flowers unless the customer requests a change. I had ordered a flower and balloon arrangement for a very special occassion and was promised that it would be delivered on the day that I had asked. They did not deliver it on that day. They had mixed up the day it was to be delivered and had apologized and offered a refund. I said that it was okay and that could they just deliver it on another day that the person would be home. I was told that they were sorry and that would not be a problem and that she would redo the flowers. When the delivery person delivered the flowers he told the receipent that they had been in the refrigerator for 3 days and that she should set them somewhere that they should warm up. The roses had brown edgings on them. When she called me and told me this I was upset. I called the florist and she said that she didn't understand why it was like that and also said that she couldn't understand why he would say that. The florist also was very abrupt and said that she would send another one to replace it. She didn't aplologize and hung up quickly. I got a call from the person that received the new flowers and she was told kind of rudely that the roses were made like that. I will never use this florist again.
