I ordered a letterman jacket for my son on November 29th 2021. They said it would be ready in 6 weeks. Its now 13 weeks since we made the order and I just called and it will be another 2 weeks. I commented this was unacceptable and I offered that it will be 4 months before we get the jacket, if we get the jacket. If you buy a jacket here do not pay in full as they will not give it to you. I suggest you dont buy a jacket here. They say its shipping and labor problem, which I would expect a little delay, but this is double the time and I still do not have the jacket and have no idea if they are just going to take my money and run.

Very bad experience. Never received order even after speaking with representative and made arrangements to meet at the graduation ceremony, which never happened, to get my son's cap & gown. Tried several times to contact afterwards to see about getting a refund and still have gotten no response

Girlfriend worked there for a couple months and left due to EXTREMELY poor management. Condescending, hostile, and made her feel uncomfortable frequently. Don't do business with these people 👍 Jackie's jackets is a good alternative

They were so helpful with my daughter's jacket. Fast, quality work. Highly recommended for those in Snohomish County.
