Maenhout Construction

We used Maenhout construction for a major remodel on the home we bought. Mr. Maenhout was always on time and performed just as he promised. One outstanding aspect of his company is the subs that he works with. They were of the highest quality and also were readily available and performed at the highest level. These subs included: electricians, plumbers, HVAC, painters, caseworks for extensive built-ins in kitchen and baths, fireplace install, finish carpenters, etc. A job of this kind required creativity and many decisions. Mr Maenhout always provided great insight and solutions. The finished product was everything we thought it would be and hoped for. Most importantly, he completed the job in 4 months on December 15th so that we could entertain our family at Christmas. One recommendation, which we ourselves followed, since we were on a tight time line, we moved out of the house for the duration of the remodel. This allowed Mr Maenhout to be efficient and timely in all aspects of the job, without having issues of logistics working around an indwelling family.
