My wife and I were going to go far and stopped in person carry out pizza and came across Ricos pizza. We ordered a thin crust, veggie pizza, which was very, very good!  The staff was very helpful and it didn't take very long at all for the pizza to be made. We ordered a large pizza and while it was on the expensive side, I would definitely come here again.

The locals seem to love it here, but my 1 experience with it proved mediocre at best with poor service. The prices you see online are much lower than what's on the printed menu, but even that is inaccurate with no indication of an increase. Every item rang up a dollar more expensive than what's listed on the menu by the register. Not wanting to be "that guy" with a line of people behind me when paying for my order, I didn't question the math, but after sitting down with the receipt, I noticed the total was $5 more than it should have been. When I went back and asked about it, the response was "because of inflation my boss told me to point at this fine print" that said 'prices subject to change without notice', but there was no apology for not giving any warning about the higher prices. Also, they charge a $2 plastic fee for using a card. I get it on all of these things, but expect a decent business to give a verbal warning about issues like this. Both while in line and at another point while approaching the register, I spoke with locals who were saying the place was amazing and the people working there deserved to be tipped more. Maybe it usually is, but we didn't have a good time there. One even asked if Rico was around, suggesting the owner/namesake is often available to give personalized service, but I heard that he's currently out of town. The food was alright, with what seemed like fine ingredients, but it was difficult to evaluate it properly due to being extremely cold. Even though we ordered our food for dine in and were sitting within 20 feet of the register, they forgot we existed and had our food sitting out for likely over 20 minutes without letting us know it was ready. Meanwhile other dine in customers had their food brought to the dining room and their names called out. We waited over 50 minutes before I approached the register and asked if I could at least get the glass of water I was promised and our bread sticks. The lady apologized about forgetting about us and grabbed our food off of an open surface in the back, who knows how long it had been out like that. She also offered for me to take some soda as compensation for the inconvenience, which I appreciate as a gesture, but would have just preferred they reheat our food. I never got the glass of water I had asked for. It was a busy Saturday evening, so I get it and tried to be nice (probably erring on the side of too nice and trusting) about all these issues, but in the end, this was a disappointing and expensive experience. Parking: There are a handful of spots in front of the store, with more around back (past the "drive-thru" ).
