        I started with them about 10 years ago, and there was a problem with paperwork, which ended up costing me money for insurance I didnt want. When talking with the ladies in the office, I felt like they were very rude and unapologetic. They said arguing with me wasnt getting either of us anywhere and hung up on me twice. My advice is to go somewhere else or just go directly though the insurance company. This way they cant point fingers at each other and leave you paying the bill.
