Not reliable! The owner of this business strung me along for weeks on end saying someone would call me "tomorrow." When someone finally did show up and did a substandard job on one of the items, he asked for a second chance to make it right. He then strung me along for another 5 days, promising the job would be completed "by Wednesday at the latest." Even though I explained I was postponing several medical and other appointments so I would be in town each day in case he found the time to come over, he never showed up! This was a small job, and if he did not want to take it on, he should have said so in the beginning. If you want to be frustrated and upset for weeks, this is the company for you.

This company gets the job done right and it lasts for years....not just a look good this year and next year needs new tile paint and roof.....they do good professional work which lasts for years ....

contacted David and Brandon on 7/30/  David answered quickly; we gave him our address; he said that they would be out to meet us within 30 min.  And much to our surprises David and Brandon did arrive within 30 min.  we had a small job: but they advertise that no job is to small.  David said he would have a quote out in a couple hours but his partner Brandon said it would be out early next week.   ITS BEEN THREE WEEKSeven ran into David at arrow lumber "I'll have it to you tomorrow"  8/14 have not heard a peepDONT BLOW SUNSHINEJUST BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

My husband and I purchased our dream home last year. This was our first winter here and half way through the season, we began noticing that there was a tree on our property line that was becoming a problem not only for us but for our neighbors as well.  I called numerous people for estimates and advice and the end result was that nobody would touch it.  It was too dangerous to remove and it was a liability for them to proceed any further so we were stuck with a dangerous tree that would end up doing more damage to both of our properties if nothing was able to be done. I had one last person to call and that was dschroeder construction. I called and spoke with the owner Dave , I explained my situation and set up an appointment for him to come out the next morning. I had very little hope at this point but I was going to exhaust all resources none the less.  When Dave came out the next morning, (on time I want to add, because not one of  the other companies were punctual AT ALL)  he was kind, he listened to me explain the problems we were up against and when I took him down to the tree, he looked it over, told me that he was going to be able to take care of it and he scheduled me for the next afternoon.  I was still skeptical at this point but he came out the next day, him and his team took all safety precautions necessary and he took care of that tree that afternoon and didn't charge Me an arm and leg to do it when he very well could have being that he knew he was my last option.  Thank you so much Dave for your kindness, and for taking care of a job that nobody else would attempt.  You guys did an amazing job and I wanted to make sure this review reflected what a wonderful job you guys did and how grateful we are.
