Woah. This is no 101. This is like Brunch 404. This food masterfully assembled. Flavor profiles were through the roof. The Chicken and Waffles are a THAI TEA Flavored waffle!!! Like what! And the spicy mojo on top married to a chicken thigh! Listen... giving your patrons a juicy thigh instead of some weak dry white breast is a huge sign of quality! The French press was beautiful and the custom coffee cups are a worthwhile decor feature. If we didn't have another 5 hrs driving we would have had ALL the cocktails!

Just moved to Grays Harbor in July. This was one of my first dining experiences here and now I am a regular of Brunch 101. I’ve eaten here more than any other restaurant. I have not had a bad meal yet and the drinks are fantastic. Fun, light, modern atmosphere. In no way pretentious, just delicious and friendly. Wait times can be slow, but everything is made from scratch and the place is usually packed. Remember, it’s brunch! It’s your destination. Don’t be in a hurry to get somewhere else and you will have a great experience.
