Farmers Insurance - Stacey Scott

My auto and rental insurance has been with Farmer's Insurance for over 40 years, the past nine with Stacey Scott's team. Karly, in particular has been helpful, cheerful, and responsive for much of that time. Service has always been prompt and professional. Following an accident where my car was rear-ended, Farmer's provided rapid service in terms of recovering costs from the other insurance company and getting my deductible reimbursed. When I moved from an urban to a more rural area, my coverage was automatically reduced to reflect those costs. My only issue is that Farmer's seems to be a bit more expensive than other providers, however, the service has been so good that I am unwilling to take chances on making a change.

This office is very responsive to my ever changing insurance needs. Karly is simply the best too. She is genuine and always willing to help. Good listener. Stacey has a wonderful staff. My only nit is that Farmers should offer a discount for customers who have/collect stuff but don't use daily- 10 cars (used to be 13), a motorcycle, and a boat gets expensive. They now offer Hagerty for collector items which does mitigate some. Thanks Stacey!

We were new to the agency, but not to Farmer's (we're 30+ year customers). Together with Stacey and her team we went through a comprehensive restructuring of all our outdated policies. In the process we both learned a lot about insurance. Stacey educated us on what our individual insurance liabilities are and how to adequately protect ourselves without spending too much. We now have umbrella insurance - which I didn't know existed before working with Stacey. You'll be extremely confident and reassured if you work with this agency. I certainly am!
