Only tiny negative was my offer was delayed waiting on the approval letter to be updated (about 18 hours from initial notification) which gave time for a competing offer and increased our final price. This may be due to the crazy seller agent blowing up his phone so much it had to be turned off for sanity - she was awful, but Lance still made it all happen!
Overall, absolutely great experience. I'll be recommending Lance to anyone buying. Not many lenders can get a close completed in 12 days and it is greatly appreciated!
