        Awesome experience! Had an emergency situation on a Saturday and was able to get after hours service for less than what other places wanted for a weekday appointment scheduled several days out. Highly recommend.

        I called Quality Appliances in Lacey, WA to have a repairman find out whats wrong with my washing machine. After diagnosing the problem, and learning how much it would cost, I decided to get a used appliance. The repairman said they have several at their store to pick from and they come with a warranty. I dropped by and chose one. I also learned that the cost to have the repairman come out for their initial service call would be deducted from the price of the appliance should I purchase it from them. I like that! But it gets better. They delivered it, installed it, and hauled away my old washerall at no extra cost. Oh yeah, my wife and I are happy. Very nice people to deal with at Quality Appliances. I couldnt recommend them more.
