        Totally unprofessional! Customer service was horrible. First, the tech called and said he was running late and asked if I could drive to him in lakewood (I'm in Lacey) i didn't have time to do that and besides, it's supposed to be MOBILE, meaning they come to us so i said no. When he arrived the technician asked if I could pull my car into the garage because it had been raining I said no (I have an RV blocking it.) The tech said "I don't want to get my clothes wet" and walked back to his van and left. I have a pop-up tent I could have put up, but I didn't even have a chance to tell him because he just left. I called and filed a complaint but never heard back about that. Then, the phone rep scheduled an appointment for Monday. Then someone called and said they couldn't do Monday and that it would have to be Wednesday. I had already called another company and set an appointment for Wednesday, and they were $20 cheaper, so i went with them. The bottom line is that this company doesn't care about the customer. Do yourself a favor and just go with another company and avoid the hassle of dealing with them...

        Genuine Auto Glass of Lacey was able to schedule windshield replacement within 2 days. Other big name chain places were scheduling 3 weeks out! Great local business, I hope I won't need a new windshield any time soon again but if I do I will call Genuine Auto Glass of Lacey first.
