    I have personally never had a more unprofessional experience in my life with a cleaning service. I booked services with the company on a Monday for an 1130 market ready deep clean that Friday, I was told two people would be working and that it would take eight cleaning hours but for man working hours because there would be two people my cleaning needed to be done by 5 PM due to showings going on later that day. I understood that they could be cleaning up to 5 o'clock that day, with no issues at all with that. That would provide six hours of cleaning. On Friday I received a phone call at 8 AM stating that they had a few callouts and that they might be arriving closer to one but there should be no issue and getting the cleaning done. I received a phone call from a friend of the owner of she can clean stating that she was going to be the one helping out since Jasmine was short-staffed. I was told that she would be arriving at 1 o'clock, and received no update after that. It soon was 2:30 PM and there was still no one at my household, I proceeded to text the owner back letting her know and she stated that she was on her way to go ahead and start cleaning, it was almost 45 minutes later that both parties showed up, with three cleaning people from a different company completely and they cleaned right up to the very last second. Only cleaning three bathrooms wiping down my floors and cleaning my kitchen sink, they considered cleaning my laundry room a deep clean when all I requested was the walls to be wiped down and if they thought the appliances need to be wiped down the walls and window seal. They considered it a deep cleanroom also. My issue was not with what they are considering a deep clean. Due to being shifted further and further throughout the day, my husband and I ended up having to do most of the cleaning in the house to prep it to be ready. This was no issue as long as the invoice I receive mirrored that we had to do a lot of the work and that what I asked for was not completed and my experience was not pleasant up to this point. I then asked for a rough quote from the owner and she stated it shouldn't be more than $300 and when I received the invoice it was almost $450. I was taken aback because not on was my appointment handled unprofessionally because they simply could've canceled it if they were that understaffed, but a full market-ready deep clean was not done. Only a partial deep clean was done and they didn't clean any of my kitchen other than the sink- including appliances and all. From there so much unnecessary personal information was given to me to make me feel guilty as to why I needed to pay this price and understand why she could not clean herself and because they used a subcontractor who can't offer me the discount that I deserve. I never agreed to use a subcontractor. I was only told that it was a friend helping out. I have been completely professional this entire time and understanding and the only response I received was that they could only knock $50 off of my invoice after I only asked for a 15% discount. I have worked in customer service for almost 10 years and I have never experienced anything like this, and I think it is completely unprofessional. I have included photos as proof. I do not suggest using this company. I would not be leaving this bad review if reparations were given for the service that was provided, but since I'm receiving so much pushback with my experience I believe it is a necessary thing.     She can clean came to clean our house after renovations in preparation for listing photos. The tub/ showers were visibly dirty, Windows were not cleaned, the floors had muddy swirl marks throughout and there was debris on the carpet that I picked up by hand. I was re cleaning the house until 2am in order to have a product acceptable for photos. The cleaning I had to do wasnt difficult only time consuming because the scope of area to be cleaned was the entire house! They overcharged me, would not refund me but rather only offered to clean the house again which wasnt possibly because it was on the market the next day not to mention I had already cleaned it. They had Terrible customer service and lied stating she would forward my concerns to the owner even though she is the owner!the quality was unbelievably poor. I cant believe they have positive reviews these folks must be friends of the owner because the company is trash. Service: Post-construction cleaning
