William came out to the house and did a bid, seemed like a nice guy. We agreed on a price and a date. He didn't show up so I called him and he told me he had meant to call me but hadn't gotten around to it yet. He said that he wasn't going to be able to do the job. VERY unprofessional and not to be trusted. If I could do zero stars I would.

Nigel and Ryan were a delight to work with. Nigel was excellent about getting back to me in a timely manner as I had questions, and changed my mind a couple of times as I decided what colors to use. He was extremely patient and responded to my emails sometimes within minutes. Both he and Ryan were very friendly and were very patient with my 3 dogs. I got 2 other bids and Paintbox Painting was way more reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I was initially impressed with how quickly Nigel responded to my inquiry and was looking forward to meeting him at my home for an estimate. Nigel was supposed to come to my home on a Monday but he had to reschedule which was fine. He asked if he could come the next day at the same time and I responded that that would work. My husband waited for a half hour at our home (we are all moved out of the home trying to prep to put on the market) before calling me asking if Nigel was going to show up. I called Nigel and he did not answer so I left a voicemail and I also emailed him. I did not receive a call back or a response to my email from Nigel. I feel that it is inconsiderate and completely unprofessional to schedule a meeting and not show up and even worse when you don't even reach out to apologize, provide an explanation, or simply just return a call. Very disappointed in the lack of service I was provided after reading such great reviews.
