This is the company for MYAESTHETICSPRO.COM, a cloud based EMR software. I have been a user for 3+ years and have been Very disappointed at their (lack of) customer service. There is no phone number you can call for technical support - everything is done through a support system. You can try calling the 800 number but it's really a call center that picks up, asks you what your issue is, and tells you that they'll call you back. They usually take days to call back. If you classify it as "Urgent" you'll be lucky if you get a callback within hours. I've been trying to switch to a different EMR system, and the first question I always ask is "do you have telephone support."
