Called at 1045 am and asked for 1130 am pickup. Driver called at 1115 and said he would be there in 10 minutes. At 1135 I called the driver, then the dispatch office..no answer. I was going to be late for an appointment. I begged an unknown neighbor for a ride. Never heard from the taxi company.

Charged me more than the website and window stated and driver would only take cash. And WAY late, even though I scheduled ahead of time. THEIVES.

Very rude customer service and the driver was rude as well.The driver repeatedly kept hanging up before I could even speak to him and didn't even let me know when they arrived. I called back for an update on their arrival because the time was approximately 5 minutes and I waited for 30. He stated that when he arrived he "texted" me and didn't receive a response back so he left. One, he never texted me, and two, even if he did text me he could've called but I didn't receive neither.
