I contracted with the owner Virgil at All Renovations and Construction to remodel my main bathroom in 2020. While doing the work, he along with his teen son handled the construction and plumbing. Per Virgil's direction, I bought all of the fixtures and hardware with the guidance of Virgil. He told me for my sink faucet that since I had 2 knobs (hot and cold water knobs) already, I had to buy the same. His son did the sink faucet work and upon completing the job, the bathroom sink faucet was installed poorly: The faucet was crooked on the counter, the water flow was poor and the stopper did the sink no justice in looks for a remodeled and upgraded bathroom. I called Virgil and he came out and the only comment he agreed was that the faucet was crooked on the counter, so he fixed that. I mentioned the water flow and he explained it's a new faucet. Fast forward to Feb 2022 (2 years later), I finally had some time to have a different plumber come in to check the faucet/flow. There was no change to the water flow from when installed by Virgil / son to date. The plumber said the water pressure WAS poor, and it was NOT a low pressure faucet installed. It was now that I realized the faucet filter tool WAS NOT left for me by Virgil / son and they completely skipped the step of replacing the stopper. I had to purchase a new faucet to get what I wanted: one handle for hot and cold water which apparently is allowable. Virgil's bathroom faucet work cheapened my bathroom. The plumber that fixed Virgil and his son's work did an amazing job and the faucet and the stopper make a tremendous difference in the overall look / feel / function of the bathroom. It is NOW fully functional. I will say the tile work was done well for my bathtub and walls and floors, however Virgil contracted that out. Virgil prepped for the bathtub tile and that appeared to be done well. He also installed the toilet well. But the faucet work was highly unacceptable and buried by Virgil. We couldn't be more pleased with the dedication and attention to detail that both Virgil and David provided to our many house projects. They restored our faith and trust for a job well done. They are not only very skilled at their trade, but are kind and conscientious, and we will only call them for future work.
