Very inviting atmosphere, very helpful staff, easily accessible, good yarn selection, and I've always been able to park easily. I go in with my half baked projects and they help me finish them. I didn't think I'd be able to fix an item that the moths munched on, but I got help for that here. LOVE this place. One of these days I'm going to go here to REALLY learn how to knit.

I live Yorkshire yarns! Beautiful hand painted yarns, cozy atmosphere, and good people around to help you with your selection or projects. And they have a welcome atmosphere to people coming to knit and learn from others. Worth the stop

Sonya is wonderful. She worked with me for probably 40 minutes my first time in to try to track down the right colors for a large project. Two of the four Cascade colors I needed were in stock, and for the other two she placed an order; at that time I paid ahead for all four for ease. A couple days later, she phoned me to let me know Cascade had actually discontinued the colors, and offered to help me find comparable weights and colors in-store. Another trip in resulted in no success at finding replacements, but she gave advice about how to track down single, discontinued skeins online. After online searching turned up nothing, I emailed Sonya asking about what to do, and she offered in-store credit or a refund, no questions asked. It took me a long while to get back to her, but when I finally did, she did not hesitate to refund the entire sum for the 2 skeins, and send out a paper copy of the receipt. VERY impressed by her professionalism, and the warm atmosphere she creates at Yorkshire!
