        Their responses via email were not very professional, but our communication via phone was fine. I scheduled a day for them to come pump my septic. Day of, no one showed. Thirty minutes after the scheduled time, I called and left a message asking if they were still coming. No response and no show. To this day, I have not received a call, email, or message from them.
