        I needed an awning arm assembly for a Carter Shade Awning. (Carter has been out of business for 30 years.) I brought my bent arm in and the wonderful people at Chuck's went out in the rain and found a Carter Shade arm in perfect condition. I gladly paid them the $100.00 that they asked for. The next day I installed the arm after making one slight alteration. (I needed a left arm and they sold me a right arm.) It fit perfectly and my awning except for the fabric, is like new. Next week, I will replace the fabric. Thank you, Chucks RV in Mead, WA, for your great service.

        Great small place we where traveling thru Washington and needed a hard to find part for our furnace and the nice folks at chucks had the part in stock when we had tried everywhere else in town.
