        Went to pick up online order. Took staff quite a while to come out of the backroom to greet me. Staff simply told me that my order was in the refrigerator and went right back into the back of the store. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else or punch my punch card. The strawberries were not as fresh as the ones I usually get from the Kirkland location.

        POOR DELIVERY - I placed an order that was over $100.00 and they told me it would be delivered before noon. As of 1:15 the delivery had not been made and the store location is less then 10 minutes away from the location. It was meant to be shared with everyone over lunch and throughout the day. Very disappointing for an intended special gift to share with the office.
