Althought the roads to get there area it narrow and curvy, the place is amazing! It is super spacious and the amenities are really nice. The nature around is beautiful!

The host brought us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to begin our stay which was amazing. ZinnTopia is the perfect house for a large group of people. We stayed last year as well and had to come back for another stay for our annual friendsgiving. I love the fire pit with the swings! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay for a large group! Second year celebrating our group Friendsgiving was incredible!! So much room and so well-set up! The hosts are easily accessible and give a wonderful welcome! Excited for next year!

Stayed here for the 2nd year in a row with a group of friends for a weekend long Friendsgiving. The house is beautiful and secluded. Lots of sleeping areas so it fits large groups very comfortably. The host was helpful and responsive and even greeted us with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. Definitely will be back next year!
