SAM'S RECOVERY &TOWING! MOSES LAKE TOWING CO! Fabulous people at SAM'S RECOVERY & TOWING! Occasionally, we are shocked by the level of service received by a company. This is what happened to me with SAM'S! I had a dilemma. A former tenant had left multiple vehicles, cars, trailers, an RV behind on our property for several months after moving out of one of our rental homes. All attempts to contact them were futile. In the meantime these RV's, trailers, trucks, vehicles were thwarting the ability to go forward with remodelling as there was no room to park. Had been in touch with a large towing co in ML who kept promising to come out and "Take A Look?" which never happened. I called and spoke with Debbie at Sam's at approx 11am on a SUNDAY. I described the scenario and she professionally explained the process for abandoned vehicles. Then she went to the property and examined the vehicles obtaining the info she required. A few minutes later she faxed me paperwork which I signed and refaxed back to SAM'S. In a few minutes I received a text that said, "We will have this done for you TODAY!" And it was SUNDAY?! A few minutes before 5pm I received a call that they had completed towing all the vehicles. Done! If you need a Towing job, be it on the side of the road, on a highway, in a parking lot or a vehicle abandonment issue call the good people at SAM'S RECOVERY & TOWING. They are professional and kind and really know how to treat their customers right. Prices are reasonable and fair.
