Harbour Pointe Badminton Club

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing one of the worst customer service encounters of my life. The employee (John) I interacted with was not only rude but also stubborn and completely unwilling to listen to my concerns. This made for an incredibly uncomfortable and humiliating experience. From the very beginning of our interaction, I could tell that this employee had a bad attitude. They were short with me and seemed annoyed that I had even approached them. When I tried to explain my issue, they interrupted me repeatedly and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. As if that wasn't bad enough, the employee also spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was stupid for not understanding their policies. They even went so far as to humiliate me in front of other customers, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this business to anyone based on the terrible experience I had with this employee. Their rude, stubborn, and humiliating behavior left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. It's a shame that such poor customer service is allowed to exist in this day and age. I canceled my membership just after one week and would not wish anyone to go through this experience.

As a member, I have generally had a good experience at Harbour Pointe Badminton Club. They have a nice facility that is well maintained, and it has been enjoyable to play here. However, I am compelled to give this club only one star due to a recent experience that has completely soured my impression of the place. A friend of mine, who also has a membership, faced an incredibly horrible attitude from the front desk person. The customer service was beyond disappointing. Despite having a membership and a court reservation, the front desk person did not allow my friend to enter the facility. When we tried to deescalate the situation, the staff member displayed arrogance and stubbornly refused to let my friend in. This was an egregious exhibition of abuse of power and completely unacceptable behavior from a customer service representative. It's disheartening to see such treatment at an otherwise nice facility. I strongly urge the management to take appropriate action to address this issue, as it has severely tarnished the club's reputation in our eyes.

Its close to my house and they have a very convenient system to reserve the court online. I just feel the court reservation fee should be a bit less. But other than that everything is good.
