I want to give a hearty shout out to Linda A. She was so very caring and helpful when we needed to place our mom at an AFH. She searched for the right home as though she were looking for her own mom. We're forever in her debt for that. I would highly recommend her expert guidance for your loved ones final chapters in life. She found the absolute best AFH for our beloved mother.

Linda at 1st Place Senior Housing went above and beyond our expectations in helping us in moving our mother from her current home into Adult Assisted Living. The help she provided on day one with hooking us up with a Real Estate Agent to sell our mother's mobile home, introducing us to services connected with the VA for surviving spousal benefits and then finding our mother a new home. I can not say enough about Linda and First Place Senior Housing and my experience with them. My 95 year old Mom who was living independently spent 8 days in the Hospital in December and then 40 days in Rehab regaining her strength after having pneumonia. We realized it was not safe or possible for my Mom to return to independent living. Her backup plan of moving into the Assisted living associated with her Senior Living Apartment was not going to be possible for another month due to Covid. Where would I move my Mom to with little notice? This is where Linda and 1st Place Senior Housing came to my rescue. From the moment I called Linda, my stress level immediately decreased. She knew of a special deal at an Assisted living right next door to where my Mom had lived. Linda explained everything to me from the great reputation of this Assisted Living to the huge temporary discount they were offering. She contacted the facility and helped schedule and be part of a Zoom call and tour with their Sales Director. She had great idea whom I could call for an affordable Moving Co. I can tell she truly loves her job and loves helping people in this very emotional and difficult situation that I found myself in. She kept in touch throughout the process and made was had seemed like a nightmare at first into a very smooth transition. I kept her info to share with friends. She is the best. I live in Kentucky.  Mom lives near Snohomish.  Can't even talk to her about moving.  So, I needed help.  Actually, she needs the help and I felt helpless.  Just by chance, I found Linda Asaif who seems to know everybody who is in the Senior Care business in that area.  When I spoke to her, she sounded so plugged in, I was sold.  She was able to help me find the living situation that kept Mom happy and me comfortable.  When I flew in to help with the final "big move", Linda had everything lined up like a pro.  I was, frankly, lucky to find 1st place first.  I can only assume they are "1st Place" because after talking with Linda, I did not even try to find whomever is in second place.  If you are looking for this kind of coaching, I can save you some time looking.  Just call Linda.

Linda will help and devote as much time to a patient with disability and help with advice on paper work needed for application to medicaid as she does to a patient with full coverage insurance. I have enlisted her help in both situations. We of course needed help yesterday for mom with Dementia who could not take care of herself and home suddenly, when partner left because he could not care for her either. Linda has so much experience and knowledge she is able to move pretty fast if there are openings. Even though we were in a hurry to have mom placed, Linda looked for a good fit for mom so she wouldn't need to move again. We moved her and they were quick and calm to help mom settle down because she was very mad and agitated that we brought her there! But the home owner was calm and positive and worked with her to get relaxed when family left. I would highly Linda Asaif to help you get your loved one placed safely and securely. Its the hardest thing you'll ever have to do made so much easier with the help of Linda Asaif and 1st place senior housing consultant. Thank you Linda, you were invaluable to us with your help.
