Nice to find a business that is so dependable. Burt and his crew laid out and installed a new sprinkler system in our very irregular lawn. He obviously knows his business and was very clear with everything throughout the job. The crew was very hard working in very hot weather. No delays or other problems. They showed up on time and worked every day, long days, and were done sooner than promised. Nice to have the new, modern, sprinkler system installed and working so well. I called and spoke to Burt who was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.  He came out the very next day to fix our leaky shutoff valve on our very old sprinkler system.  He took the time to answer my questions and then did an estimate for me for a new sprinkler system and putting in a new yard.  We need the grass we have removed; dirt put down, graded and then sod put down.  This is our project for next spring.  Thank you, Burt, for the great personal service and the new valve to tide us over until we next meet!!Pauline

Burt and Eric identified the problem with my sprinkler system and were able to repair it during the same visit. Talking to Burt over the phone, I was not sure that I had selected the right company to deal with our issue, but I was so wrong on that front!
With 30 years of experience under his belt, it was obvious after he arrived that he knew his business, Not only did he fix our issues, but he was extremely professional in explaining to me how our system operated and took time to show me the various parts of our system in detail. It left me confident that I could operate the system on my own, without any problem.
It's not often that you find contractors who go that extra distance above and beyond the stated issues, but I asked him if he would help me plant a new tree that had just arrived that afternoon ( help my bad back!!). Without a moments hesitation, he just went ahead and did exactly that and added some helpful information on care and maintenance as well.
Make sure you hire this contractor, I most certainly will in the future. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
