There was a T-shirt missing from my order. I contacted Tom and thought I may get some run around. I was wrong... Tom responded promptly, and took care of it. No issues.

I would not hesitate to recommend Sound Apparel to anyone looking for quality custom products. The customer service here is exceptional. I made a mistake when I ordered my sons shirt. Tom answered my email immediately and went the extra mile to help me out. My son is proudly wearing his new sweatshirt to school today and I couldnt be any happier!

I am the assistant varsity coach for Black Hills High School Fastpitch and we heard about Sound Apparel through another coach who was very happy with this business for his team's apparel so we decided to try them as well and I am sure glad we did. Working with Tom was great. When it comes to team wear there are thousands of choices but he streamlined the process making it easy to focus on exactly what we wanted to offer the players. He personally met with me and we had our teamwear within two weeks after placing our order and it looks great! High quality clothing and embroidery. He offered us fantastic customer service and we will be using him again next season.
