Donna Price runs the law firm by herself. Therefore it sometimes takes 3-4 days to get a response AFTER the contact is signed.We were extremely frustrated that a simple review & a few amendments to our trust took over 3 months.  Often our calls were not returned, nor emails. There were times when the mailbox was full.We were very disappointed.

Four months have gone by and I still have not received my Last Will and Testament (LWT) from Donna Price, Attny at Law in Olympia, WA.  My estate is uncomplicated.  For example, my last attorney said it usually takes them about one month to process a Last Will and Testament (LWT) but she got it done for me in 10 days.  I left two unreturned messages in about 10 days before finally reaching Donna Price on August 25.  I returned the completed questionnaire she gave me on September 2 by September 11.  Donna's first Zoom appointment available to me wasn't until October 1st.  On 10-16-20 she asked for an $825 down payment which I paid the same day.  TODAY IS 12-15-20 and I still don't have my LWT and Advance Directives!  My estate beneficiaries are in jeopardy and my assets too because, if I die without an LWT, WA State will take charge of my estate and charge me for their expenses.  Pandemic or not, there is no excuse for taking four months on this contract!
