The breakfast lady's are rude and not helpful they also can see the guest come down at 830 and wait in line for two or more other families that are making waffles by the time I get up there or my child they take something two different mornings so we couldn't make it finish young the waffle being cooked you need another waffle maker or if there is family's loved up wanting waffles the lists need to slow down and be out the waffle stuff is out and the prior meeting it 30 to 40 min before you choose to think I is got there 5 to 15 Min before breakfast is over and made hard on my self and my family no and were Even getting up earlier the next days to try but other family's days the same to good place but that breakfast set up could change

The new general manager Amy needs a lot of training. Doesnt even want to try to help make customers comfortable or happy. Ive been staying at the Ramada for years. Safety: Two guys beat up another man left blood all over the ground in the back parking lot very scary

I went to a birthday party and did not stay. It looked decent The room was big enough to hold a party.

Stayed here multiple times in the past and always good, but will not go back again. Check in didn't key one of the cards and the other for only one night instead of two. No WiFi service for the 3 days we were there (during the week) and was never fixed. Bed was so uncomfortable neither my wife or I slept for more than a few hours each night. I was there for softball tournament and my wife was going to work from the hotel, but had to go to local Starbucks to get anything completed. Won't stay here again. Will stay at different nearby property

Vegetarian avoid. To the manager of this hotel, eggs should be meat free, especially when you serve meat right next to it. And then gravywith meat. Cmon really? Bad management choice. Your staff was not able to provide any alternative. The front desk seemed disinterested in helping. Otherwise, only other issues would be road noise, no jets in hot tub, green bananas we can eatin a couple days. These are minor. Went from 4-star to 2-star over breakfast because that is now an extra expense out of pocket. Nice hotel otherwise and hope they replan the breakfast menu to be more thoughtful for a wide variety of guests. Rooms: Room was clean and comfortable. There is road noise. Walkability: Within walking distance of several restaurants and gas stations. Noteworthy details: Vegetarian / religious beware. All breakfast items had meat (pork), including eggs.
