I was so excited to finally update the heating system in my older house! And as a plus,. to finally have AC as well. Ben Lennon was absolutely amazing. From the first visit of coming to see the house, and giving me his bid, to coming out this morning to get this project done and he did it in one day! Ben has a really awesome personality and walked me through each step of the process. He answered all of my questions and when he was finished, he cleaned up any of the mess that occurred. We returned home from vacation to a freezing cold house. Called several companies and everyone was multiple weeks out. Ben answered the phone and came over immediately. He told me that he was not super familiar with American Standard, but he was sure he could figure out the issue. Ben diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts right away. The parts took one day to come in and he had my house back to normal temperature the next day, as soon as the parts arrived. Ben worked diligently to make sure that we were satisfied and taken care of, even when issue arose with fixing the furnace. He truly cared about getting our family warm and made sure he got the job done. He is a very fair and honest person. I would absolutely recommend him and his company. Thanks Ben!
