I called Black Diamond on a Monday night a little after hours, expecting to get a recording to leave a message, to my surprise my call was answered by Toni, and I was able Get on the schedule for Wednesday morning. The crew showed up right on time and quickly got to work, while they we busy working, I mentioned another unrelated issue I was having and was told that while it wasn’t something that they generally did they would take a look at the situation. Well not only did they take a look they were able to make the needed repair and save me the cost and trouble of scheduling another company to come out. Black Diamond clearly went above and beyond in the service they provided. This was our family’s second time using Black Diamond and both times I was left with a comfortable feeling that I received extremely high quality work at a very fair price.
