After devoting a career to customer service, I gotta say that it's rare that I have an experience that meets my almost unrealistically high standards. These guys did that and beyond. Thanks for restoring my hope for humanity--you guys are GREAT!

My dad hired this company to fix a clock from a late family member. Not only were they MUCH cheaper than everyone else, they drove from Lacey to Tacoma, diagnosed the clock’s issue, and fixed it in a week! We are so thankful for them, as this clock means a ton to us. Thank you guys so much!

I called Benjamin and sons for help with a treasured old German wall clock that had stopped short and I was fearful would never go again. He was able to get to me the next day, set up shop on my hallway floor and within less than an hour had my old friend tick tocking again. What a great sound. Thank you!!

Our Coo-Coo Went Coo-Coo! OH MY GOSH!! I truly did not believe this level of customer care and commitment to service still existed! I was very pleasantly surprised to have found a business like Benjamin and Sons. Tim arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and had our clock running perfectly within a few minutes. Any other repairman could have spent hours and charged a lot, since we truly had no idea what was wrong. Tim told us exactly what the fix was, did it, and barely charged enough to cover the gas he used to get to us. He even fixed another issue that was not on the list. Not to mention he had to travel iced roads to get here. I will always use Benjamin and Sons in the future and highly recommend them to everyone! This is truly a stand up business and Tim is awesome!
