The folks at Mocean are the best charter service in the PNW! Kyle and Ashley are highly knowledgable on Washington waters and gunk-holing locations. I have toured with them a couple times in locations ranging from Port Orchard to the San Juans and they know how to make the best out of each stop. Their service ethic is exceptional and they keep their fleet in excellent condition. Their fleet of tugs and trawlers each has a distinct personality and make for comfortable outings in the San Juans. Highly recommend them to all experienced or new boaters! Ask them about the orange little tug boat in the photos!!!

Excellent people, they will answer all your questions and make sure you are all set up for a perfect boating adventure. They have some really cool old smaller trawlers that I like. I will only bareboat charter with them from here on out!!

If it’s not on your Bucket List, it should be. My wife and I just completed a half-day sail off Whidbey Island with Mocean Charters. Captain Kyle was a wealth of information about sailing, chartering and crabbing. (Yeah, we caught a keeper.) We’ll be back next year for an extended cruise around the San Juan Islands.

What a fantastic time we had! We lucked out with amazing weather and found some beautiful spots to drop anchor and watch the sun go down. The boat was well equipped, comfortable and mechanically sound. I really like the idea of not having to pay for moorage and maintenance on my own boat. These guys are great! Kyle and Ashley are honest and hard working. They are knowledgeable about boats and had some great ideas where to go with the time we had. We'll definitely do this again. I highly recommend chartering a boat from Mocean. Thank you Mocean!
