I had my roof replaced by Michael's Roof Service. I had a few leaks and needed some sheeting replaced after they had torn the old roof off. The crew was very responsive to the needs of my home and were able to complete the project with the utmost level of customer service and timeliness. Definitely would recommend them for roof repairs or replacement and will be using them again when it is time for my next roof. Services: Skylight repair, Roof installation

We recently had Michael's Roof Service do a complete roof cleaning and servicing of our (4) skylights on our tile roof and we could not be happier! Their bid was less than others received and the quality of their service was five star! Devin and crew did an excellent job, were very communicative during bid process/on day of service and they went above and beyond the scope of work requested. Their clean up was also spotless! Follow through and supportive communication from Michelle in their front office made the whole process a breeze! Highly recommend!

Thank you again to Michael and his crew for finding the cause of our leak ,and repairing it so quickly.  We found a water stain on ceiling during heavy rain on Sunday night.  I was so worried and could not sleep that night because of severe wind and rain over night.    Yesterday I rang Michael in the morning and ask for his help.  Unfortunately he and his crew were so booked out but he  promised me that he is sending his crew on Tuesday if there is no one available on Monday.  This morning his crew showed up early, and looked at our roof.  They found cause of our leak.  They replaced broken plumbing vent (21 years old) and checked all roof area just to make sure that there is no other problems.  These days it is very difficult to find trust worthy trade people.  Michael and his crew are exceptional professionals.  They deliver very good work at very reasonable price.  Most of all, Michael and his crew care about their customers.   He and his crew did our roof cleaning two years ago.  We are going to ask him for roof cleaning and maintenance again soon.  It is very stormy outside now, but I am able to have good sleep tonight.
