        Today 4/23/2021 both men working behind the counter refused to break down the multiple fee's they were trying to charge my husband to transfer his car title as the fees they were asking us to pay were outrageous. They both kept saying "I dont know, when your new title comes you will see all fees listed that we charged". We felt that something fishy was going on with the staff and we left. We took our business to Lacey auto licensing and it was OVER $50.00 cheaper to transfer title and the attitudes of lacey staff were MUCH more pleasant and educated on this matter! Would the owner of this establishment care to tell us why you charge such high/excess fees, since obviously your staff refuse to do so but want to take our hard earned money.
