Refused to honor pricing listed on their website. Trailer at the dealer was being sold for $1000 more than the price they listed online. Was told by dealer that "they can't keep up with their website" and that I shouldn't rely on its information.

Place has been nothing but issues! I called to get a price on a straight deck vs dove tail before driving down because its 2 hours one way. When I got there I was given a higher price on the straight deck and was told "oh he must of got that one mixed up and he's not in today". I was in need of a trailer ASAP so I bought the dove tail. 4 months down the road I noticed 2 of the deck boards were cracking due to be cut on a knot. So I call down there since the trailer came with one year warranty. Was told ya those will be covered send some pictures. I send the pictures and dont hear anything for a few weeks not even saying hey we are waiting on them. Any update I had to call. finally 2 months later they call and say they have them and i can come down and grab them. I make the 2 hour drive down there on a Saturday just to see the right boards had not been received. I then explain that they have cost me 4 hours of my time on a Saturday plus fuel. He apologizes and says he will get the right ones in and deliver them to me. 2 more months goes by and i just got a call informing me that the right ones have came in but they will not deliver them and i need to make the 4 hour round trip!!!! Also charged me $150 for paperwork. I paid CASH!! If I wasn't leaving for a 2500 mile road trip that I needed a trailer for in the beginning I would have never bought from them!!!
