Derrin Doty: Allstate Insurance

They can't explain, in specific detail, why my auto insurance increased by 13%. At first stated no longer using DriveWise. I should them on their document that I AM using Drivewise. They then went to blaming the State's overall insurance increase, but were unable to tell me what percent was the State's increase. Their only suggestion was to reduce coverage in order to reduce costs. No Explanation Provided!

Homeowners insurance was great car insurance was a little expensive and when I questioned the agent about it she developed an attitude... Their remedy for a higher rate than their competitor was to cut my coverage down to compete

Awesome customer service, I do not have one negative thing to say about Allstate- specifically this office. I have always been treated as a top priority when I have had any needs and have even received positive feedback from my parking neighbor when we had a little fender bender. A direct quote from the neighbor: "Repairs were a breeze, everyone was super friendly just like the commercials... it was a little weird. Check was deposited for repairs directly to my account today. Thank you so much for having amazing insurance." I can't thank Allstate enough for making every interaction a positive one- even the not so fun ones.
