Went to store to add a line and was told I could get another line free. Checked my account and saw I was billed for that so I went into store to return Sim and cancel line. After cancelling the extra line I was told it was actually free but upon further investigation they found my plan did not qualify. Manager spent 20 minutes helping me during a very busy time.

Good cell phone company. Way over priced. I been paying hundreds of dollars for my damn phone.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went in to change a phone from one provider to theirs. They told me to call 611 and they couldn't do that in the store. Went back home and called 611 to which they told me to go to the store, because it had to be done in store. Went back to the store and told them to call the manager because I wanted to file a complaint on them. They refused to call the manager. After stating I wanted to talk to the manager multiple times to file a complaint about the stores incompetencies, to which each time they refused to call. They then called 911 to trespass me because they refused to call their manager so I could file a complaint against them. This is completely unacceptable and I have never experienced such poor customer service.
