William Shaker was the wireworx tech who came out to my house- He explained what he needed to do and why in language i could understand-He worked without a break for about 5 or 6 hours.He was great I would recommend him and wireworx to family to anyone.

Buyer Beware Wireworx also known as Miller comfort systems. I normally do not write reviews but this has been so bad I feel I have to warn people. I highly Do Not Recommend. We had a simple kitchen remodel and needed some rewiring done. At least 5 no shows no phone calls or nothing. Horrible communication if any. Their 1st visit they cut the wrong wires to our upstairs power and had to wait 2 weeks after bugging them daily to fix. After 2 months of 1st scheduled appointment they said they finished and called in electrical inspection. Electrical inspector found several things that needed fixed. After 2 more weeks someone came out Keaton then quit their company because the owner and the company would not help him with the fixes as he was uncertain as what to do. Still till this date they have not finished and are not answering or returning our phone calls. Owner will not even take our calls. As soon as they got paid they quit talking with us. Also huge mess left behind. This is still ongoing as we will now have to pay someone again to get their issues fixed so we can get the permit signed off. This has been a nightmare for our family as our entire kitchen is in our living room and we have to eat out without a kitchen going on 4months. Cannot believe they are still in business. We are seeking legal action to have them pay for unfinished work that the Electrical Inspector deemed needed fixed before permit could be bought off.

Very pleasant experience. Reasonably priced, worked with me on payments and scheduling and installation was quick and well done. Highly recommended, I will use them again.

I was very happy with a new ceiling fan I had installed by this company. That included installing a remote system in the fan and adding a longer pole. They also exchanged a chandelier for my older nicer one overall very happy.
