I have used Rainier Window and Gutter Cleaning in the past and again they did a superb job. Since it was such a cold morning, they called to let me know they would be arriving later to allow the frost to melt. I will use them again and may even have them do my windows in the Spring.

Malik was efficient and respectful. However, the jury is still out as to the effectiveness of the roof cleaning process. The remaining moss are still pronounced per attached photos (taken the day after roof was cleaned). We will wait for a few weeks to verify that the remaining moss will disappear/fall off as the result of the chemical to kill the moss that was applied.
Malike came back and did a splendid job scrubbing the remaining moss. My roof is now comparable if not cleaner than the softwashed roof of my neighbor. Thanks Rainier's Malike and Mike! Services: Gutter cleaning, Rooftop/skylight cleaning

Malik was very thorough and polite. Cleaned up nicely after hand brush and blower removal of moss, moss killer application and gutter cleaning. I liked that the company reached out to me several times with reminders and then to let me know when the technician was headed to my home...so no huge window of waiting around.
