The worst today 558 pm there out of all smoothies shakes waffle cones no to go containers and the stuff are talking about not having breaks all day. Seriously this place needs to step up. There were 20 people in line when I arrived and it continued like that through the time I was here. Many people walked out because of slow service

Normally I wouldnt put no one on blast like this,but I was so disgusted.So I am waiting in line and I see the employee walk in from his car.Not wash his hands,and to make matters worse I watched him itch his scalp and run his hands thru his greasy hair 3x,put no gloves on and walk right over to the ice cream and start orders.So I walked over to another employee and asked them to make my ice cream and she said sure nicely problem is that she came from stocking the bathroom n didnt wash hers either.I am so tired of yall not caring about cleanliness.You are putting people at risk and its simple.You should be washing your hands every hour or when stepping away from food and coming back.Clearly there is a lack of training there along with supervision.

Purchased some ice cream here and by the time I got home (2.5 miles away) one of them was a soupy mess. When we called about the issue, all we got as a response was a bunch of excuses about how it was our fault and not their's. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here...

The black girl in there treated me bad in front of my grand children and had a problem with my mixes...horrible treatment.
