Little Pearls Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics - Puyallup

We used to love them. Now not so much. They keep closing their practices and canceling appointments. Then it took months to get anyone to get back to me to make another appointment. I finally got on their website. I requested a Saturday appointment as offered on their website!!!! Only to called and told that a pediatric dentist that works with school aged children dose NOT offer appointments around a school hours?! Open 8am-5pm M-F over an hour away from me? reasonable hours IF you didn't keep closing your doors with out notice. Expecting children to miss school because you are unprofessional? That is a NO! from me.

Dr. Stepp and the hygienists have great bedside manner and always make my children feel calm and comfortable. They're friendly and knowledgeable, and they work quickly and efficiently. You can tell they care about their patients. The front desk staff is friendly and the girls have a positive, upbeat attitude. They can get confused easily when they're busy. An improvement in communication between the front desk staff and the back office would be incredibly helpful. Overall I definitely recommend Little Pearls for your little ones.

Amazing dentist. Staff was amazing, dentist was amazing. This is the 1st dentist that my son and daughter actually let look at their teeth. They felt comfortable and so did i. They were extremely patient with my son who is usually panicked and scared around strangers. They never rushed us. Their office wasn't extremely packed and hectic like most dentist offices are. I drove about an hour to this dentist and it was worth it, I will be using this office from now on. Thank you.

BEST STAFF EVER!! We have 4 kiddos and 3 have special needs. They are super sweet and take their time with all of them! The dentests always take their time to make sure that tge kids are comfortable and talk them through everything being done. My kids used to be terrified bit now they love going. The orthodontist is amazing to!! Wish I could givr more stars!

My son needed immediate serious dental work. The staff was empathic when scheduling and helpful. The dentist my child saw had the best bed side manner! She explained everything kindly before proceeding and was compassionate regarding our concerns. The care was so great, I'll be bringing my older son with ASD this week. Which the dentist welcomed as a new patient regardless of potential challenges...
