Apex has provided me with the service of conducting the annual Backflow test for our sprinkler system for the last three years. The service they provide is professional, seamless and takes away all the inconvenience of having to take time off from work to get this task accomplished. You dont have to be home for them to do the work and they send the results of the test directly to the water company. Afterwards you receive your invoice by email and can pay via one of their several options to pay and the cost does not break the bank. Yesterday was my latest test and the system failed; Josh, my service technician called to talk to me, but I was in a meeting at work and couldnt answer the phone. Immediately after the call I received a text to inform me of the issue and he requested to fix the issue on the spot. Josh found the source of the failure in minutes, fixed the problem and completed the test. To my delight, the repair cost were also reasonable and Im a happy customer. I really appreciate the fact that Josh not only left me a voicemail but took the time to text as a follow up, so he could complete the service in one visit. Talk about customer service! One more great thing about this company that I was truly impressed with was once they completed our initial test, they developed system where a very pleasant email is generated on the anniversary of the test to inquire if you would like to have their company perform the test again. Their email reminded me about the need for the annual test before the water company did, and the only thing I had to do was respond to the email indicating that I did want them to provide the service again. Apex accommodated my request for the work to be completed within a certain window of time. The service person completed the work in a timely manner and took time to talk me through what was completed. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing services needed.
