Precision Pro Wash

We hired Precision Pro Wash over the summer for roof cleaning, moss treatment, and gutter cleaning. They had someone out that week to give us a quote. The young man who came out was very professional in explaining the processes they used and how careful they were with the property around the home including plants. While he was here he gave some quotes for other services I did not know they offered such as house soft washing and concrete cleaning. We got a few other quotes from other local companies but we were happy with the interaction we had with precision and decided to go with them. Before they came for the service I got a phone call that they were on the way. They checked in with me once arrived and also informed my neighbors that they would be using water to wet and protect the surrounding property from the potential overspray of the treatment they use. I asked them if they could do anything about the orange staining on the sidewalks and he offered to do an "irrigation stain restoration." It was a bit pricey but now I have brand new looking concrete around my house! Roof turned out amazing and the siding turned out great too. Afterwards they showed me some before and after pics and it was pretty cool to see. There was some dead moss on the roof when they left but it has since came off itself and the roof now looks like it never had moss on it before! I would confidently recommend this company to anyone who is looking for exterior cleaning. I will be using them again in the future! -Jeff

Issiah was wonderful. Did a Great job, very through. Cleaned up all debris. Friendly and prompt. Took before and after pictures. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been looking and searching around for a company that will clean our 3 year old roof, fairly new roof but we live around trees where debris can easily accumulate on our roof such as branches, pine needles, pine cones etc..so we want someone to clean or wash it, spray some moss killer and all that good stuff. We called few companies and it took them over a week, granted that they might be busy, but they finally reached out to us and they came over and gave us a bid, goodness, the bids were both sky high like they're going to clean a 50 yr old roof. So while driving around Puyallup near Costco, we saw a sign for soft roof wash. I wrote the number, called them and a gal named Casey returned my call the next day, she was super nice and friendly and scheduled a free estimate right away. She always keeps me posted if there was a cancellation or if I had more questions. So then my husband met Isaiah, he gave us a bid. He explained everything what they're going to do and he was very nice and honest. So the same day, we went with them, Precision Pro Wash. Their pricing is affordable. Then the day came for them to do the job and I must say, Isaiah and Cody did a superb job, not only they took care of the roof, they went above and beyond what originally was written on the job description. They even cleaned our windows and deck. I highly recommend Precision Pro Wash. We will definitely use them again in the near future.
