Swerve Driving School

Horrible place! they called less than 14 hours before the test, telling us that my son has not completed all his sessions and the essay, even though we had called them 2 months earlier explain to them that the make-up sessions are not updating!! and they said that they resolved it. My son had to go to make up sessions because they canceled the classes as they were not able to continue to book the room! I recommend this place if you love unpleasant surprises P.S. there is not an option for 0 stars

Customer Service is terrible. They do not answer their phone during posted business hours. Their website is frequently down. It is extremely hard to get drives schedule at reasonable times. The testing instructors are unprofessional and rude. They changed their policy after we bought the package and we ended up having to pay for testing twice. The overall experience was horrible. I highly recommend you look at other companies for driver training.

In last two and a half months my daughter was able to book only three sessions, which is a huge problem by itself. Completely outrageous! To make the experience even better for us Swerve didn't show up or notified us minutes before the lesson that it is cancelled or provided us with wrong information about the lesson three out of the three times. 100% failure. No-one bothered to follow up with us to apologies, until we quite vocally demanded a follow up. Out of the question that we would make sure our experience is known to entire Bellevue High School through the school newspaper as well as any other social media routs we choose to pursue. As for my immediate family, we have another young driver on the way and guess what: we know which driving school she is NOT GOING TO ATTEND: SWERVE!!!!! I am extremely upset and frustrated with the experience for so many reasons: 1. Lack of customer service, it is not a problem with customer service it is plain absence of it. 2. You don't care about your students 3. You don't value time of your students and their parents 4. You don't want to have your students problems solved 5. It's IMPOSSIBLE to find any drives on the Eastside
