Awesome integrity! The Certified Testing team communicated clearly leading up to the appointment, showed up at the time they said they would, examined our irrigation system, told us about details related to our system and informed us that our Backflow valve was a type that cannot be tested, then they filed all required documentation with the City for us. I expected to receive an invoice that at least would cover their time and the sharing of their knowledge, however, because the system itself could not be tested, there was no charge for their time and service. Such integrity and “thinking on behalf of customers” is a rare and gracious commodity. Certified is about people, not just revenue. They have heart!

We recently moved and while much has changed, one thing that hasn't is yearly backflow testing of the irrigation system. Found CTS on a list of certified testers available in the area and chose them because they specialize in this test, not irrigation installation. CTS made this process so easy for new customers to comply with backflow testing requirements: online form, response within 1 day, an emailed copy of the test report, and easy online payment options. Thank you for one less thing to worry about!
