Smooth process booking the reservation online. Driver texted me 5-10 min before arrival letting me know he was going to arrive on time. Appreciated the professionalism and the ride was comfortable! Definitely a way better choice than booking with Uber Black — cheaper, professional, and you can feel safe knowing their employees have gone through drug/background checks.
