I lived at the Mosaic in 2018, It was by far the most uncomfortable place, ever. The street noise was so loud I could hardly watch TV. To be fair, I had an apartment on the ground floor facing Greenwood, but it's in just the right spot that all sound comes right in. The strange shaped rooms created by a crooked hallway make it impossible to make the most out of the extremely small space. Management was pretty good. They let me out of my lease so I could get a handicap accessible space for my mom to move in with me. I really appreciated that. It's a great part of town to live in though.

This apartment would be okay if the managers could actually manage the apartment. Basically just as you would expect from a child if a child where to try to manage an apartment. They tell you things that don't come true and like to day dream alot. Don't get trapped in a lease like I did. Better to avoid pinnacle apartments all together.

I have lived in my unit for around 3 months, and I have to say that is perfectly alright. When we moved in we had a few issues. When we requested to view a unit the property person showed her office unit and let us know that the units are the same as we would move into. We have had good experiences with our last pinnacle property, so we put in an application. We were approved and we moved in. Upon inspection of the apartment we quickly found out that our unit was quite different from the office unit. Now this was for the better, as we got a better floor plan. When we started to unpack and started to fill out the move in form we quickly got discouraged. The washing machine was from the 80's and there were numerous issues. When we got our first work order we had an awful experience with the maintaince man, and at this point we were very nervous. I reached out to the property manager and it was rather surprising what we got in response. We got a sincere apology from the manager and the maintenance man. They got everything fixed within three weeks and now everything is in excellent working order. We now throughly enjoy the unit. It is really quite and in a really nice neighborhood. It's a quick drive to the I-5 for me and my girlfriend has a bus that drops her outside of her work in downtown just a few steps out of the gate. It's near everything we need: two gas stations within minutes, a target about ten minutes away, multiple beer stores down the street, and two grocery stores within walking distance. I mean it would be perfect to walk into a place with everything working and no issues, but coming from Las Vegas this place blows most places away.

I've lived here since October 2019, and so far, so good! The property manager was easy to work with when I moved in, and they've been quick to respond when I have questions or maintenance requests. The complex is small and really quiet, which I love. And the interior and finishes of my unit are updated and in great condition. However, the door to the parking garage has been a major issue. It has been periodically broken for a while, and it definitely makes me feel unsafe at times. Having been a long-time renter in Seattle, I know that apartments are never going to be perfect--you'll always have issues of some sort. But the issues that I've encountered at Mosaic have been minimal, so I consider that a win. I'll live here as long as the rent stays reasonable!
