        This building has absolutely no care for the trash they generate right on the street.

        This place gets one star for the cute cats in the window. Otherwise it is the bane of the neighborhood. Always littered with trash and cigarette butts. The landscaping is literally piles of dirt. Always pleasant to be cat called by the drunk guy on the first floor who spends his days smoking and drinking tallboys on the sidewalk. At least the bed bug truck comes once in awhile...so you know they are making an effort.
