Quoted me $69 for a tiny paint job of a door cover for the key and said his internet wasnt good so he couldnt use the credit card machine. When I was on my way back for the piece he ball parked $55 on the phone. I brought $80 in cash since the original quote was $69. He took the cash and there was an awkward moment. He looked annoyed and said, you want change? I felt so uncomfortable I just said no because I felt weird.
Overall it was just unclear how much this actually cost and unprofessional in the checking out process. I get that he owns the place and trying to cover many jobs so I wanted to like his business, but its unlikely I will come here again.

Mike went above and beyond to find a way to get my damaged car in to look at it, including arranging tow and turning around an estimate much quicker than I expected, given how busy body shops are these days. His communication was excellent all along the way. What more can you ask for?

Second time I have used Fleurys to repair damage caused by hit/run drivers. Both times they did an excellent job. One job was covered by insurance and they handled all the paper work in addition to doing a perfect job. On the other damage, which was minor, so not covered by insurance, they did the work quickly and at a very reasonable fee. Fleurys is my go-to place for car body damage.
